The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the seismic risk of the existing “Fantaghirò-Fanciulli” school, located in Via Policarpo Petrocchi n.17, in Florence. The building complex was built in the period 1969-71 by the “Nuovo Pignone”, metallurgical industry, with structure completely made of steel and articulated in various buildings with one or two floors.
